Roatán Horseback Riding, Reef & Beach Adventure combines horseback riding, a nature-park stop, reef snorkeling, beach time, lunch, and private transportation in one six-hour island experience.
Your transportation is reserved for your party. The horseback portion is operated by local handlers who assign horses and set the riding pace according to current safety requirements and rider conditions. First-time riders are welcome when the operator determines that participation is appropriate.
The day also includes admission to a local nature park, followed by a guided reef-snorkeling portion with snorkeling equipment included. Visitors who prefer not to snorkel can use the available beach time to swim or relax instead.
An island-style lunch is included with water, soft drinks, or local natural juice. Adults may receive up to two local beers or rum drinks, subject to availability and venue rules.
The order of horseback riding, the nature-park stop, snorkeling, beach time, and lunch can change because of traffic, supplier operations, weather, sea conditions, and the confirmed pickup schedule. For accepted cruise bookings, the day is planned around the ship’s published all-aboard time under our On-Time Return Promise.

Cruise visitors receive written port meeting instructions based on their ship and port call. Island visitors receive pickup confirmation for their hotel, vacation rental, or agreed location.

The checkout child category covers ages 4–9, but that pricing category does not override the horseback operator’s current participation rules. Horse assignment and riding eligibility depend on the child’s age, size, ability to ride safely, and the operator’s requirements on the day. Include the child’s age in your booking details so participation can be confirmed.
Wear comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes for horseback riding. Bring a swimsuit, towel, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat for the beach and snorkeling portions.
The order or availability of horseback riding, snorkeling, and beach time may change when conditions require it. If an included activity cannot operate safely, Roatan Visitor will coordinate the available alternative, rescheduling, or applicable refund under the booking conditions.
Yes, when the confirmed ship schedule provides enough operating time. Accepted cruise bookings are planned around the ship’s published all-aboard time under the On-Time Return Promise, and port-specific meeting instructions are sent before arrival.
The day includes mounting and riding a horse, light walking, swimming, and entering the water for snorkeling. Visitors should be comfortable with those activities and should advise Roatan Visitor of relevant mobility concerns before booking.
Direct bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the scheduled experience start. If Roatan Visitor cancels the experience, you may receive a full refund or choose an available alternative.
