Your booking includes private round-trip transportation, zipline admission, the zipline operator's required safety equipment, parasailing admission, the parasailing boat ride and flight, required parasailing equipment, and coordination between both activities.

No. The six-hour duration covers pickup, transportation, check-in, safety briefings, both activities, transfers between locations, and return. Actual zipline time and parasailing airtime are determined by the activity operators and conditions on the day.

Parasailing depends on suitable wind and sea conditions, and the operator makes the final safety decision. The activity order or timing may change. If an included activity cannot operate safely, we will explain the available option for the affected portion of your booking before proceeding.

Yes, activity operators apply their own safety limits, which can include age, weight, mobility and health requirements. Pregnant Visitors and anyone with significant back, neck, heart, mobility or recent-surgery concerns should contact us before booking so we can confirm eligibility for the exact operators scheduled for your date.

Wear comfortable activity clothing and secure closed-toe athletic shoes for the zipline. Bring a swimsuit and towel for the coastal portion, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, photo ID, and a small bag for personal items. Avoid loose jewelry or anything that could fall during the activities.

Rules for phones, action cameras and loose items are set by each activity operator. Professional photos or videos may be offered separately. If taking your own camera is important to you, ask us before booking and we will confirm the current operator policy.

Your meeting point depends on the port where your ship docks. Mahogany Bay and the Port of Roatán in Coxen Hole have different procedures for independent tours. We send written pickup instructions before your visit using the ship information in your booking.

We plan the day around your ship's published all-aboard time. If your ship does not call at Roatán, or arrives too late for the experience to be operated safely, the affected direct booking is refunded in full.

No. Meals, food and beverages are not included. Professional activity photos or videos, optional purchases, any operator locker or storage fee, and gratuities are also separate.
