Roatán Pigeon Cay Offshore Experience is a private full-day boat escape for overnight Visitors who want to reach one of the island’s more remote offshore areas. It is not a short snorkel stop or a cruise-day beach excursion. The day is built around open water, reef stops, white sand, and enough time to enjoy Pigeon Cay without rushing.
Your local captain and crew travel along Roatán’s east-side waters toward Pigeon Cay, selecting the route and snorkeling areas according to sea conditions, visibility, and safety. Marine life may include tropical fish, rays, starfish, and, when conditions allow, nurse sharks. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed because these are wild, free-moving animals.
The package includes the private boat, captain and crew, snorkeling equipment, an island-style lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, ice, bottled water, and time on or near the cay.
Because this is an eight-hour offshore experience, it is designed for Visitors staying overnight on Roatán and should not be booked for a cruise-port day. Hotel or villa transportation is separate unless specifically included in your confirmation.

The package includes the private boat, local captain and crew, fuel for the scheduled offshore route, safety equipment, snorkeling equipment, island-style lunch, non-alcoholic drinks, ice, and bottled water.
The captain determines whether the route, snorkeling locations, and cay access are safe on the scheduled day. Conditions may require different stops, a changed departure time, rescheduling, or cancellation.
The scheduled duration is approximately eight hours, including the offshore boat travel and activity time. Exact departure and return times are confirmed with the boat arrangements.
The current package lists separate Adult and Children rates. Children must travel with a responsible adult and participation remains subject to the captain's safety assessment and current sea conditions.
Direct bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the scheduled experience start. If Roatan Visitor cancels because the experience cannot operate, you may receive a full refund or choose an available alternative.
