Yes. A solo Adult may book the standard private transfer at the published Adult rate, subject to route and vehicle availability. The booking must include at least one Adult.

It is private transportation for cruise Visitors who want to move around without buying a packaged excursion. The rate is $25 per paid Visitor, with a minimum of four paid Visitors / $100, for up to three hours from pickup. This cruise service is priced by driver time, so the standard transfer Child discount does not apply.

Reasonable stops can include grocery stores, pharmacies, ATMs, souvenir shops, colorful Roatán signs, scenic/photo stops, or a beach drop-off when practical for the confirmed route and schedule. A standard transfer includes one short convenience stop when arranged in advance; the Cruise Flexible Island Ride allows multiple reasonable stops within its three-hour window.

The published rates are intended for confirmed transportation within the standard Municipality of Roatán service area. Longer routes outside that area, including East End destinations, are quoted separately before service.

Provide the lead Visitor’s name, number of Visitors, luggage details, pickup location, destination, flight, ferry, or ship information when applicable, and a working WhatsApp number.

Send the updated arrival information as soon as possible. Roatan Visitor will adjust the pickup when reasonably possible based on the verified schedule change and driver availability.

Yes. Request the required child seat before confirmation and provide the child’s age or seat requirement. Availability must be confirmed before service.

For accepted cruise transportation bookings, Roatan Visitor coordinates the route and return around the ship’s published all-aboard time under the On-Time Return Promise. Follow the meeting and return instructions sent before arrival.

Direct bookings may be cancelled free of charge before the scheduled service start. If Roatan Visitor cancels the transportation service, you may receive a full refund or choose an available alternative.
